Milner Symposium Celebrates Extraordinary Life, Career!
Hundreds of people from all over the world – including Nobel Prize laureate Eric Kandel and Governor General of Canada, Julie Payette – celebrated Brenda Milner. Over the two days, attendees heard from international leaders in the field of neuropsychology/cognitive neuroscience, and heard personal tales from Dr. Milner’s former trainees. As part of the celebrations, a limited edition private label wine - The Brenda Milner Centennial 2014 Grand Vin de Bordeaux – has been created in Dr. Milner’s honour.
