Tips for Teaching Remotely

Match teaching strategies with learning goals

What is it you want students to learn? How will you help them succeed? Choose teaching strategies that will help students develop the knowledge and skills they need to achieve the learning goals.

Build a bank of example assignments

Example assignments are an excellent way to help students understand what to aim for when they’re working on their own assignments. Build a bank of examples by asking former students for permission to use their work. Be sure they let you know whether or not they’d like their work shown anonymously.

For Your Students
